Business Point Tenant Portal

At Business Point, our Tenants are our Partners and in an effort to provide you with seamless service, swift support, and a solid system, we have partnered up with Propertyware to make available to you, your own online Tenant Portal.

The Business Point Tenant Portal will give you online access to:

  • Communicate: Faster and more efficient way of communicating with the management and on-site staff.
  • Service Requests: To put in service request and monitor their status.
  • Tenant Ledger: To view your detailed tenant ledger, rent charges, payment history and balance
  • Documents: Access important documents as related to your lease.

Getting Started with the Business Point Tenant Portal

Your Tenant Portal will be activated by the Management and an email sent to the contact information in your lease. If you have not received the activation email or would like to activate portal for other people in your organization, please notify your onsite staff. Once you have received the Tenant Portal activation email, please follow the directions in the email to create your account.

 Signing On to the Tenant Portal

Access the Tenant Portal from the Business Point Website at:

http://www.businesspoint.ca/support/tenant-portal/

To sign in, put in your email address and the password you created when activating your account.

 Tenant Portal Navigation Tabs

The Tenant Portal has navigation tabs on the top as shown below. Click a tab to select it.

You will find the following tabs and functions in your Tenant Portal:

  • My Account: This tab provides an overview of your profile, your lease, and your contact information and lets you communicate with your management team.
  • My Office Suite: This tab shows lease details about your lease as well as your detailed Tenant Ledger, rent charges and payment history.
  • Service Requests:  This tab lists all your service requests in chronological order regardless of status.
  • My Documents: This tab provides links to shared building, lease, or other documents posted by the property manager.
